Fight 4 Cure Inc is a member of the Patient Partners for Equity Program, which is operated by Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF). This program connects high-need patients who are often not connected to health and social services with the resources they need to address medical and social needs. This partnership will allow Fight 4 Cure Inc and PAF the opportunity to close the gap of health inequities for some patients by connecting them to case management, financial assistance programs, and educational services which will further enhance the resources that Fight 4 Cure Inc currently provides.
