Ambassador Program

The Fight 4 Cure (Champion) Ambassador Program is a recruitment initiative for passionate, self motivated individuals who are dedicated to supporting the mission of Fight 4 Cure Inc through compassion, personal storytelling, and philanthropy. Fight 4 Cure Ambassadors serve as a visible presence within their community on behalf of Fight 4 Cure Inc.

Why become an Ambassador?

  • Empower others to talk about their challenges and share information

  • Educate others about issues that affect the cancer community, including prevention and patient support

  • Be a part of promoting and advancing the mission of “helping one individual at a time…. fostering hope for individuals affected by cancer” through a commitment of providing necessary assistance and support

What are the requirements to become an Ambassador?

When talk and/or discussions of cancer come up, an Ambassador will be able to share the knowledge and information obtained through their own cancer diagnosis and lived experience. An Ambassador, can attend Fight 4 Cure Inc charity events, but it is not a requirement as part of the program. We would also like a photo and a short writeup about what being a Fight 4 Cure Inc Ambassador means to you.

What are the expectations of Ambassadors?

We want Ambassadors to add their own personality when communicating with others, but we do have a few guidelines to be adhered to:

  • All communication regarding cancer must be fact-based and grounded in medical research

  • Ambassadors will not provide any medical advice or suggest any treatment plans

  • Ambassadors will not promote specific products and/or services

  • Ambassadors will not engage with anyone who may have a different viewpoint

Fight 4 Cure Ambassadors do not need hundreds, thousands or even millions of followers to make a difference! All that is needed is for an Ambassador to have an engaged group of people who are true to the cause and are willing to provide their support.

Are Ambassadors official Fight 4 Cure Inc representatives?

Ambassadors are volunteers, and not representatives of Fight 4 Cure Inc. While they do not speak on Fight 4 Cure Inc’s behalf, they are partners aligned with Fight 4 Cure Inc’s mission and vision. Statements made by Ambassadors should not be construed as statements from Fight 4 Cure Inc.
